About Us
Simple Movement for Real Life
Welcome to Everyday Tai Chi
This website was created for ordinary people who want to move better, feel better, and age well—without spending hours exercising or learning complicated routines.
Many of us spend our days sitting at desks, driving, working long hours, or caring for family. We know we should move more, but finding the time can be difficult.
That's where Everyday Tai Chi comes in.
My goal is simple: To help people improve their mobility, balance, flexibility, and vitality through just a few minutes of movement each day.
You don't need special clothing...
You don't need a large practice space.
You don't need to be flexible.
And you don't need previous experience.
Even five to ten minutes of mindful movement can help counter the effects of sitting, improve circulation, enhance balance, and help you reconnect with your body.
The movements taught here are based on traditional Chen Style Tai Chi, one of China's oldest martial arts systems, but adapted for modern life and everyday health.
Whether you're practicing in your living room, office, garage, backyard, or while traveling, the goal is the same:
Move a little every day.
Consistency matters more than intensity.
Prefix for the Company Approach section will be written here
About Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese movement art that combines slow, deliberate movements with balance, coordination, posture, breathing, and body awareness.
For centuries, Tai Chi has been practiced to improve health, cultivate vitality, and develop physical and mental resilience.
Today, many people are drawn to Tai Chi because it is:
Low impact
Gentle on the joints
Accessible to almost everyone
Adaptable to all fitness levels
Effective for improving balance, mobility, and coordination
At its heart, Tai Chi teaches us how to move efficiently, stay relaxed under pressure, and maintain strength and stability as we age.
